In addition to running weekly timetabled classes, I also offer short courses in taekwondo and women's self defence, as well as one-to-one and small group lessons individually tailored to the students' requirements.

Women's Martial Arts: Introduction to Taekwondo
Saturdays 9.30am / Thursdays 6.30pm

This short online course is a gentle introduction to some of the most common techniques in taekwondo, taught by a qualified female instructor with over 14 years’ experience in taekwondo and other martial arts.
There is no need to be fit or have any previous experience - this course is designed as a taekwondo taster for absolute beginners which will hopefully inspire you to find a local club to carry it on.
Each 40min lesson is live and covers:
Low impact warm-up that can be taken at your own pace
Teaching of basic stances, hand, foot and blocking techniques in taekwondo and how they are used
Stretches to cool down
What you will need:
Space enough to throw a kick or a punch!
Computer with internet access (no need to download software – I just send you a password-protected link each week)
Clothes that are comfy to move about in
