Join our MartialArts4Mums class where you can bring your little ones with you!
Sessions are super-casual, allowing mums to enjoy movement again in a fun, sociable and supportive environment - without having to find childcare!

Each session involves a mix of Pilates-style strength and stretching exercises combined with low-impact kickboxing and padwork techniques, finished off with a cup of tea and a chat!

About the instructor:
Tamsin is a taekwondo and self-defence instructor with many years of practicing both martial arts and Pilates. Having struggled to return to exercise herself after having children due to severe diastasis recti and poor pelvic floor function, she understands the impact giving birth can have on the body, and the importance of getting mums moving again by making exercise safe but fun.
