Regional training is open to all students in Region 5 & Region 5 Midlands. It's a great opportunity to learn under the expertise of Master Wood VIII Dan and the other regional instructors, who all have their own areas of specialism. And it's a nice way to meet other students in the area who also enjoy doing taekwondo!
The first two hours of the session is open to all belts, white (beginner) and up; the final hour is reserved for black tags and black belts, and each month will focus on a particular area of taekwondo practice, such as leg strengthening, sparring or kicking techniques.
