Return to training in the halls

Here is the British Taekwondo Council's roadmap for returning to training, based on the government advice:

From 8th March - Outdoor 1-2-1 lessons can resume

From 29th March - Possibility of group outdoor lessons for children

From 12th April - Return to indoor training for children, and outdoor groups lessons for adults. The BRITE Centre is currently closed so I will be looking into alternative venues. If the idea is popular, I will run some outdoor classes for the adults in the park.

From 17th May - Indoor lessons at St Anne's Hall are due to resume, keeping social distancing and Covid regulations.

From 21st June - removal of all social distancing measures, so a potential return to using pads, equipment and partner work.

All dates are still dependent on infection rates continuing to fall, but this gives us a better idea of when we can start to resume face to face training again. In the meantime, online lessons will continue on Mondays and Thursdays.
